Presentation Rules

Presentation of Projects Wednesday 5th December 2012

1. Each project will have 2 tables of desk space for computers, peripherals etc. Tables 2 x 4 feet.
2. Each project will have access to 2 electrical points. If you need more then you should bring a multi-plug.
3. Each project will be permitted to have a maximum of 6 students and 3 teachers. Other pupils ,parents and others will be welcome from 4.30pm
4. If you wish to have a vertical display you need to bring display boards. No display will be permitted on the walls.

5. The Education Centre will be open to project teams from projects that day to set up (Thursday)
6. The public will be admitted from 4.30pm.
7. The judges will be present from 4.30pm sharp. Pupils will be invited to present their projects to adjudicators for not more than 5 minutes. Pupils should be aware that they may be visited by a second team of adjudicators.
8. While the judges are present each project team should have representatives (especially pupils) at its own project.
9. Awards will be presented at 6.30 and event will be complete by 7pm.
10. Schools are requested to take all material with them at the end of the evening.

Please note : All essays will also be on display at Exhibition & students involved will be welcome.
NB Closing date for entry to essay competition Wednesday 28th November 2012.
All essays need to be clearly marked with pupil name, school name, class and teacher name.
